Types of Data USeeBP collects

In the course of helping you manage your blood pressure, the USeeBP app collects the following personally identifiable information.

• First and last name

• Mobile phone number

• email address

• username, encrypted password

• mobile device ID

Additionally, the USeeBP app collects the following non-identifiable data:

• Blood pressure (systolic and diastolic)

• Pulse rate

• Measurement time and date

Additionally, in order to enable Bluetooth connection with your Omron Blood Pressure Cuff, the USeeBP app collects your phone location. Your location information stays on your phone and is not shared with Qualia Health, your doctors, the University of Chicago, or its partners.

Steps for Deleting Your Data

1. At the user's request, we will delete your account and all identifiable user data within 90 days. De-identified blood pressure and pulse rate data will be retained for quality assurance purposes for 5 years.

2. Requests should be sent to support@qualiahealth.com. Please include full name along with mobile phone number or account email in your request.
